Double Occupancy | Two-Night Minimum Stay
Per Night Rates:
  • $205 per night (tax included)
    Two-night total: $410
Extended Stay:
  • $2,350 per month (30-day minimum, contract required; non-prorated). Includes electric, A/C, heat, WiFi, trash, well water, and septic.
Optional heated garage bay and laundry facility:
  • $365 per month
Use of Laundry facility only:
  • $165 per month
Pet Policy:
  • No pets please

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment methods: cash, check, or Venmo
  • Deposit: one night’s stay required to secure reservation; balance due at check-in
  • Refunds: deposits are refundable if canceled at least 10 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellation fee: $50 service fee applies

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Self check-in/check-out via lockbox
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM (or as arranged)
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Late check-out: 4:00 PM ($50 fee)
