My Two Story Stone House was built in the 1940’s. It is comfortably situated on two acres and offers private off street parking.
Home Comforts~
The first floor has warm red oak flooring throughout. The Living Room has Handsome red leather furniture and has a REAL fireplace, visible from the Dining Room.
~ Firewood is available for sale for $10. per bundle. Winter only.
~ For those of you that work from home, we have an office with a lovely oak desk.
~The kitchen has a beautiful granite counter top, stainless appliances, a drawer microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils PLUS ~ a cool oak clawfoot pub table for great conversations.
Sleeping Comforts ~
- Upstairs (The Angel Room) has a queen size Euro Top mattress, with heated mattress pad and 500 thread count sheets. The upstairs bathroom has a tub with a hand held shower wand and plenty of fluffy bath towels.
- Upstairs (The Tiny Room) has a twin bed with furry pillow covers and a furry soft throw. This tiny room has it’s own fireplace for cozy winter comforts.
- Down stairs (The Fox Den) is our finished basement room, with electric fireplace, black leather furniture, TV and queen size bed also with heated mattress pad and 500 thread count sheets. The bathroom on the main floor has a shower with more of the fluffy bath towels.
Utilities~
Water & sewage, electric, cable, Wi-Fi, trash pickup (Wed am), snow removal, lawn service, air conditioning and heat.
The laundry room is located downstairs. It has a folding table and a rack to hang your clothes. We have well water, with a water softening and red out removal system.
Rates 2022
- Two people one bedroom-rate $200. per night plus tax.
- Four people two bedrooms-rate $400. per night plus tax.
- Five people three bedrooms-rate $450. per night plus tax.
- Two night minimum is required.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- We encourage payment by cash and checks.
- We also accept payment by Venmo.
- A deposit of one night’s stay is required to secure a reservation and balance due at check in.
- Deposits may be refunded if cancellation is received ten days prior to arrival date.
- A Service Charge of $50. applies to all cancellations.

- Check in 3:00 p.m. or as previously arranged
- Check out 12:00 noon
- Late Check out 4:00 p.m. $50. fee applies
