Rates  Double Occupancy 2024

• Weekday rates $150. per night plus tax Sunday-Thursday.
• Weekend Rates $160. per night plus tax Friday -Saturday.
• We request a two night minimum but understand that it is not always possible. For one night our rate is $175. plus tax.

Extended stay 

• We also offer an extended stay rate for $1,850. per month.  This rate cannot be prorated.
• A contract must be signed for 30 days  or longer to obtain this rate.  Any additional days after the 30 days will be quoted separately. 
• Use of a single heated garage bay and use of laundry facility is $300. per month.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• We encourage payment by cash and checks.
• We also accept payment by Venmo.
• A deposit of one night’s stay is required to secure a reservation and balance due at check in.
• Deposits may be refunded if cancellation is received ten days prior to arrival date.
• A Service Charge of $50. applies to all cancellations.
